Why use online RSVP instead of WhatsApp groups and phone calls?

What should a wedding RSVP ask?
Keep it short. WeddingWire.lk asks only what you need to plan:
- Will you attend? (accept or decline)
- How many people are coming in your party?
- Meal preference and any dietary needs
- Which events they are invited to, if you have more than one (for example homecoming)
When should guests RSVP by?
Ask for replies three to four weeks before the wedding — early enough to give your venue a final number and finish the seating chart. Send a gentle reminder to anyone still pending a week before your deadline. Our RSVP etiquette guide covers wording for reminders.

Can guests RSVP without an account or app?
Yes. Guests open their link or scan the QR code in any phone browser and reply in about a minute. No sign-up is needed.
Can the RSVP page be in Sinhala?
Yes. Every guest page has an English/Sinhala switch, so relatives can reply in the language they prefer.
Can I see who has not replied yet?
Yes. Your guest list shows each guest’s status — attending, declined or pending — and when their invitation was opened.
Can I check guests in on the wedding day?
Yes. Guests can receive an entry pass, and your team can check them in at the door from the WeddingWire.lk dashboard.
